Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide fair and transparent policies while maintaining the integrity of our class operations.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled class date.
  • A $25 administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days prior to class.

Class Cancellations by ACES

In the rare event ACES must cancel or reschedule a class, participants will be offered the option to:

  • Transfer registration to another available class date, or
  • Receive a full refund of all class fees paid.

Online Course Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are not available once a student has accessed or begun an online or digital course.
